Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance Permit Process

  1. Download the Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance Permit application.
  2. Complete the Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance Permit application.
  3. Email completed Form to ralbertini@atlantaga.gov or dstrozier@atlantaga.gov .
  4. You will receive an email advising you of the status of your application.  If your application is approved, you will receive an email accompanied by an invoice ($25) for the cost of the Noise Ordinance Variance Permit.
  5. Take the invoice to the Revenue Collection Administrator’s window at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave, Atlanta, GA 30303. Upon payment, you will receive a receipt.
  6. Email a copy (photo or scan) of the receipt to ralbertini@atlantaga.gov or dstrozier@atlantaga.gov .
  7. Upon receiving the receipt, The Contingency Operations Division will send the valid permit to the applicant.
