Note: If the board chooses to remove any item listed on the consent agenda, the applicant will be informed by the investigator to appear before the board.
Administrative in REM Review Board Hearing

In conformity with City of Atlanta Ordinance 20-O-1455 and due to public health concerns and directives issued regarding reducing the spread of COVID-19, hearings of the Administrative In Rem Review Board will be conducted remotely. This hearing will be held as advertised and in accordance with the Georgia Code Section 50-14-1.
The Administrative In Rem Review Board will meet via Zoom on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Please Note: Registration is required. All participants should complete the registration form which they will immediately be directed to. A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon registering.
