 Update: Investigators have arrested and charged Joshua Warren (DOB 7/82) He was charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and Felony Murder. He arrested on scene and transported to the Dekalb County Jail.

 Preliminary Information: On 11/26/22, around 6 am, officers responded to 197 Campbell St SE in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive male with a gunshot wound. EMS responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased. Homicide Investigators arrived on scene and are actively working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
