Preliminary Information: On December 3, 2022, at approximately 8:37 a.m., officers responded to a dwelling fire at 973 Bolton Rd. NW. Atlanta Fire & Rescue discovered two people deceased on the scene. The cause of death was unknown at the time. The Fulton County Medical Examiners Officer would later rule the cause of death for one of the decedents to be a homicide. The investigation continues.
