Update:

The Atlanta Police Department’s Homicide Unit is requesting the public’s assistance on locating wanted suspect, 39-year-old Jonathan Soto, regarding his involvement in the homicide that occurred at 990 Brady Ave on February 4, 2023. 

Anyone with information on Mr. Soto’s whereabouts can submit a tip anonymously to the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-TIPS (8477), online www.StopCrimeATL.org or by texting CSA and the tip to CRIMES (274637). Persons do not have to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for the reward of up to $2,000.

Preliminary Information: On February 4, 2023, at approximately 6:55 a.m., Atlanta Police Zone 5 officers responded to a report of a person shot at 990 Brady Ave. NW. Upon arrival on the scene, officers located a 50-year-old male victim who had sustained a gunshot wound. The victim was not alert, conscious, or breathing and was pronounced deceased on the scene.  Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
