Arrest Update: On March 2, 2023, Keontay Holliman-Peoples (09/1997) was taken into custody by the Atlanta Police Department for Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession/Purchase of Marijuana, and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.

Preliminary Information: On February 28, 2023, at approximately 1:42 p.m., Atlanta Police Zone 1 officers responded to a report of a person shot at 809 Beckwith St. SW. Upon arriving on the scene, officers located a 20-year-old male who had sustained a gunshot wound. The male was not alert, conscious, or breathing and was pronounced deceased on the scene. Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
