Preliminary Information: On 6/28/23, around 8:57 am, officers were in the area of 1349 West Peachtree ST NW in reference to a gathering of demonstrators. Demonstrators had approached a bank there and were demonstrating outside the entrance. Demonstrators were advised to leave the bank property and remain on the public sidewalk. Several protestors began yelling they were not going to move, but the group then began to leave bank property and walk away. As demonstrators were leaving, one demonstrator dumped a bag of spoiled meat onto the steps of the property. Several others picked up some of the spoiled meat and threw it in the direction of police. Officers were able to locate one of the individuals who threw spoiled meat and took her into custody. She has been identified as 27-year-old Aidan Wood from Lansing, Michigan. She was charged with Obstruction and Simple Assault and taken to the Fulton County Jail.
