Update: On October 10, 2024, Janet Williams, DOB 8/1959) was taken into custody by APD Homicide Detectives and was processed at APD Public Safety Headquarters. She was transported to Fulton County Jail without incident and is charged with Felony Murder. 

Previously Released: On September 25, 2024, at approximately 7:48 a.m., Atlanta Police Zone 2 officers responded to a report of a person down at 760 Sidney Marcus Blvd. NE. Upon arrival on the scene, officers located a 90-year-old male victim who had sustained multiple stab wounds. Responding medical personnel pronounced the male deceased on the scene. Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
