Preliminary Statement: On January 16th, 2025, at approximately 3:43PM, officers responded to 3931 Adamsville Drive SW in reference to a person stabbed. Upon arrival, officers located a 43-year-old male who sustained apparent stab wounds to his head. The male was alert, conscious, breathing, and was transported to the hospital for treatment. The preliminary investigation indicates that the male was involved in a verbal dispute with a known female at the location which escalated to a physical dispute. The female suspect fled from the location immediately following the incident. Investigators with the Aggravated Assault Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
