Preliminary information:  On July 2, 2024, around 12:36 a.m., officers responded to 1043 Sparks St. SW in reference to juveniles shot. Upon arrival, officers located three juvenile males with gunshot wounds. One was pronounced deceased on scene by Grady EMS, one was transported to the hospital where he later died from his injuries, and the third was transported to the hospital and listed in stable condition. Homicide investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
