Arrest Update:
On September 15th, 2025, 24-year-old Taryn Dorsey was taken into custody by the Atlanta Police Department with the assistance of the FBI Violent Crime Task Force. Mr. Dorsey is being charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Entering Auto for his involvement in a homicide that occurred at 750 Cascade Place SW on October 26th, 2024. Mr. Dorsey was transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing.
On September 9th, 2025, 18-year-old Kendrick Miliam was taken into custody by the Atlanta Police Department with the assistance of the FBI Violent Crime Task Force. Mr. Miliam is being charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Entering Auto for his involvement in a homicide that occurred at 750 Cascade Place SW on October 26th, 2024. Mr. Miliam was transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing.
Previously Released:
Preliminary Statement: On October 26th, 2024, at approximately 11:27AM, officers responded to 750 Cascade Place SW in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a 23-year-old male who sustained apparent gunshot wounds. The male was unresponsive and was pronounced deceased on scene by medical personnel. Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
