Preliminary Release: On 10/1/25, around 12:17am, officers responded to persons shot at the location of 2157 Lenox Rd NE. Upon arrival, officers located a female victim with a graze wound to her right side. She was alert, conscious and breathing and transported to the hospital for treatment. During the investigation, officers learned that another male victim walked into the hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg, followed by two more male victims with gunshot wounds to the lower extremities. They were admitted into the hospital for treatment. Preliminary investigation indicates the victims were walking in the back of their apartment complex when they suddenly heard gunshots. Moments later the victims realized they were struck. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. All victims are reported to be in stable condition at this time. The investigation continues.
