 Preliminary Statement: On November 20th, 2025, at approximately 6:36PM, officers responded to 120 Luckie Street NW in reference to a physical dispute. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the reporting party who stated that while she was riding on a Georgia State University school bus, an unidentified male had stepped onto her foot causing pain, and that the suspect had walked away as if nothing had happened. The reporting party advised that when she confronted the suspect, the suspect's girlfriend intervened and pushed her. The reporting party stated that the male suspect had joined into the assault which was eventually broken up by several witnesses. The male suspect was later identified as 21-year-old Matthew Gonzales Forestine. Mr. Gonzales Forestine was charged with Aggravated Assault and Terroristic threats. Mr. Gonzales Forestine was transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing. He is booked under the name, Gonzales Forestine, Matthew Dave.
