Preliminary information: On 11/29/25, around 12:07pm, officers responded to 3050 Martin Luther King Jr Dr SW in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a male lying in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. Grady EMS arrived on scene. Despite lifesaving efforts, the male was pronounced deceased on scene by Grady EMS. Homicide investigators responded to the scene and are working to determine the determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The official manner of death will be determined by the FCME.
