Arrest update: On December 11, 2025, Rakim Bradford (1/1991) was taken into custody by Atlanta Police. Mr. Bradford has been charged with Aggravated Assault (2 counts) and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.

Incident update: Further investigation determined the incident occurred at 768 Celeste Ln. SW.
Incident update: The male who had been transported the hospital in critical condition, has undergone surgery and is expected to survive his injury.
Preliminary statement: On December 11, 2025, at approximately 3:40 p.m., officers responded to 803 Celeste Ln. SW in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a 15-year-old male who sustained an apparent gunshot wound to his right foot. The male was alert, conscious, breathing, and was transported to the hospital for treatment. Officers later located an additional 16-year-old male who sustained an apparent gunshot wound to his right arm. That male was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Investigators with the Aggravated Assault Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
