Preliminary Information: On 1/9/26, around 3:38am, officers responded to 359 Auburn Ave NE in reference to a male shot. Upon arrival, officers located a male with gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital by Grady EMS last reported to be in critical condition. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim was involved in a verbal dispute with a male suspect. The argument led to gunfire. The suspect fled the scene and was last reported to be wearing all black. The victim, once transported to the hospital was confirmed to have a warrant out of Fulton County for robbery.
