Preliminary information: On February 26, 2026, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Atlanta Police Zone 4 officers responded to request for a welfare check at 1434 Mill Acres Dr. SW. Responding officers located a deceased 44-year-old male inside the residence.

 

Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene and their preliminary investigation suggested the incident to be a homicide.

 

The cause and manner of death will be determined by an autopsy by the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office.

 

The investigation continues.
