On April 30, 2026, the Atlanta Police Department, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force (SERFTF) and Clayton County SWAT, apprehended Mr. Dion’Tre Stover (DOB 12/2004). Stover was listed as a Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive and was wanted for his involvement in a fatal shooting that occurred on June 4, 2023, at 2065 Main St NW.

 

Preliminary Information: On June 4, 2023, at approximately 5:45 a.m., Atlanta Police officers responded to reports of a person shot at 2065 Main St NW. Upon arrival, officers located a 26-year-old male who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The incident stemmed from an escalated dispute that resulted in gunfire. Investigators with the Atlanta Police Department’s Homicide Unit responded to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
