Preliminary Information:  On 05/6/26, around 10:39pm, officers responded to persons shot at the location of 305 Peters St SW. Upon arrival, officers located a male and female victim with multiple gunshot wounds. Grady EMS responded to the scene and transported the victims to the hospital for treatment. Preliminary Investigation indicates a male suspect, wearing all black and a traffic vest, was in dispute with the male victim. The suspect shot the male during the dispute and the female, who was an innocent bystander, sustained gunshot wounds in the process. Both victims were last reported to be alert, conscious and breathing. The suspect fled the scene. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
