Preliminary Information: On 06/1/26, at around 11:53 pm, officers responded to a person shot at the location of 2070 Allision Court SW. Upon arrival, officers located a male with a gunshot wound. He was alert, conscious, and breathing, and was transported to the hospital for treatment. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim appeared not to be the intended target as he was struck by gunfire during an apparent dispute and shootout between two parties. Both groups of suspects fled the scene in two SUVs. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
