On 06/4/26 around 10:38 pm, officers responded to 2798 Peek Rd regarding a dispute call involving a large group of people. Upon arrival, officers located a 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old male who had been struck by gunfire during the dispute. The 18-year-old was transported to Grady Hospital. The 16-year-old was privately transported to the hospital by Grady EMS. The 18-year-old was found to have an active warrant out of Georgia State and warrants out of state. He was taken into custody along with another female on scene who appeared to be involved in the dispute. The investigation remains active and ongoing at this time.
