Arrest Update: On June 30, 2026, the Atlanta Police Department, with assistance from the FBI Task Force, apprehended Mr. D'Angelo Broughton (DOB: 12/1999) and Mr. Andrekco Henderson (DOB: 5/1999) in connection with a 2022 homicide that occurred at 120 Piedmont Ave. NE. Mr. Broughton and Mr. Henderson have been charged with murder and were transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing.
Preliminary Information: On December 4th, 2022, Atlanta Police Officers responded to 120 Piedmont Ave NE regarding a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a 24-year-old male who sustained an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Grady Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The Atlanta Police Department's Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
