On August 13th, 2026, Investigators with the APD Fugitive Unit took Davion Curney (DOB 6/2007) into custody at the Fulton County Jail for his involvement in the homicide that occurred at 416 Lindsey St NW on July 28th, 2026. He will be charged with Involuntary Manslaughter, Reckless Conduct, Tampering with Evidence, and False Statements and was transported to the Fulton County Jail. 

Preliminary Information: On 07/28/26, around 3:46 am, officers responded to 416 Lindsey St NW in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive 13-year-old juvenile male with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased on scene by EMS services. Homicide Investigators are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death investigation.
