Preliminary Information: On 08/05/26, around 2:20 am, officers responded to 3390 Stratford Rd NE in reference to an Aggravated Assault. Upon arrival, officers located a male at the location with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was alert, conscious, and breathing and transported to the hospital via Grady EMS for treatment. Preliminary investigation indicates that, according to witnesses, the male sustained a gunshot wound during a dispute with an unknown suspect. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
