Preliminary Information: On 08/05/26, around 2:11 am, officers responded to a person shot at the location of 814 Magnolia Way NW. Upon arrival, officers located a male who sustained a gunshot wound to the buttocks. He was alert, conscious, and breathing and was transported to the hospital for treatment. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim sustained a gunshot wound during a dispute with a known acquaintance.  Witnesses advised officers the suspect fled the scene on an E-Bike in an unknown direction of travel. The investigaiton remains active and ongoing at this time.
