Preliminary information: On August 14, 2026, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Atlanta Police Zone 4 officers responded to a report of a person shot near 3000 Stone Hogan Conn. SW. Upon arriving on the scene, officers located a 33-year-old male victim who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. Responding medical personnel pronounced the victim deceased on the scene. Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstance surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
